Contract: Permanent, Part Time, 16 hours per week (Monday & Tuesday)

As part of our on-going expansion, we are currently looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our enthusiastic team here at hsl Compliance, one of the leading companies in the Legionella compliance industry.

About the Role

Reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor and Management Accountant, the Purchasing Assistant’s role is to provide the Purchasing Supervisor with support to manage all operations in the department and to ensure the department’s contributions to hsl objectives is achieved or exceeded.

About the Successful Applicant

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail, strong ICT skills and an effective team player.  Previous experience in a Purchasing Department or working with Safe accounting programs is an advantage, although training will be given..  Previous SAGE experience is advantageous.  You will also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
