We are inviting interested candidates to interview for the above full time post. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager, being responsible for: –


Delivery of Budget and Business Objectives

To achieve the financial objectives as set out in the annual objectives:

  • Revenue
  • WIP and invoicing levels
  • Debtor days
  • Management of operational teams, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Monitor productivity of operational team
  • Produce and allocate programmes of work for clients and operational teams
  • Produce weekly financial reports
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the client’s specification and hsl Compliance



  • Deliver information to deadlines as set out in the manager’s reporting schedule
  • Carry out site surveys and produce quotations
  • Produce correspondence, technical and financial reports
  • Ensure all required paperwork is returned to regional office and National Service Centre as required


Sales Growth

  • To ensure effective management of contractual obligations
  • To retain and grow the accounts by the % specified in the annual objectives whilst maximizing the profitability on each contract
  • To cross sell products and services
  • To engage in networking to provide new opportunities
  • To be the point of contact for the customer
  • Develop professional relationships with our suppliers and customer base


People Development

  • Deliver inductions and training for operational teams
  • Management of health and safety for your team
  • To deliver performance management of the operational team
  • To develop the operational team to meet the contractual obligations of the customer
  • To engage with the operational team
  • To be a point of contact for the operational team



  • Ensure compliance with the quality management system
  • Manage the smooth running and effectiveness of the office environment
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of equipment and consumables with due consideration of environmental requirements
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues and suppliers to ensure all procedures are carried out in line with the agreed requirements
  • To provide a safe and supportive working environment to the operational team
  • Ensure corporate image is maintained at all times


Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required

  • Computer literate
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to work under own initiative to meet the required deadlines
  • Knowledge / experience of water hygiene and the industry
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Understanding of standard financial processes
  • Sales and marketing experience would be preferable but not essential

Qualifications Required

  • Previous L8 Training / Experience
  • Previous Contract Management Training / Experience
  • GCSEs in English and Maths Grade C or Above

  •  £29,000 to £34,000 per year
