hsl are recruiting! As part of our on-going expansion, we are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team here at hsl Compliance, one of the leading companies in the Legionella compliance industry.
Reporting to the Account Manager/Supervisor, the Account Co-ordinator’s role is to provide the Area Management Team with support to manage all operations in the business area. Furthermore, to support the activities of staff to achieve the best financial and operational performance of the area and to ensure the area’s regional objectives are achieved.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate all contract correspondence and relevant forms
- Book in sites as requested
- Liaise with customers to ensure all work processes are carried out in line with the customer needs and requirements
- Promote the Company’s best interests at all times
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal with Strong ICT skills and highly organised. You will receive a competitive salary, up to 25 days per annum for a full-time permanent contract.
